I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise and nutrition program that fits your individual needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. And all this can be as little as 10 minutes a day!
My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

My approach to fitness training gets you in shape to tackle anything that life presents to you from carrying bags of groceries, keeping up with your children or grandchildren, to travel and adventures. The individualized program I develop for you will help burn calories, boost your energy, and improve your overall health. A combination of specific exercises as well as a healthy diet will keep you in tip top shape.
Does sitting around all day make you tired? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is about how well your body functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up and your energy flowing. Your body will thank you for it!
Keeping your muscles, tendons, and joints flexible and mobile is the key to a long and active lifestyle. All my programs whether on line or in person, incorporate warmups, movements, and cool down routines to increase your flexibility and range of motion.
IN DEPTH FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Life takes it toll on us. In this introductory meeting we will go over your lifestyle, habits, needs, and goals and do a complete fitness assessment of range of motion of joints and muscles. This is the first step in creating a customized fitness plan just for you.
6- Week Jumpstart Program
Where ever you are beginning fitness-wise my 6-week Jump Start Program will start you off right.
We begin slowly, teaching our bodies to move again with 8-10 minute exercise or stretching sessions 5 days a week.
The program builds as the weeks progress and you will see amazing progress by the end of the 6 weeks.
At that point you will be ready to jump into my daily classes!
Remember good health is a lifestyle change, not a boot camp!

Choose from a library of pre-recorded classes for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced levels of fitness including some chair based workouts.
Classes range in length from 15 mins to 45 mins and all include a warm-up, exercise program, and cool down.
