My approach to fitness training gets you in shape to tackle anything that life presents to you from carrying bags of groceries, keeping up with your children or grandchildren, to travel and adventures. The individualized program I develop for you will help burn calories, boost your energy, and improve your overall health. A combination of specific exercises as well as a healthy diet will keep you in tip top shape.
Does sitting around all day make you tired? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is about how well your body functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up and your energy flowing. Your body will thank you for it!
Keeping your muscles, tendons, and joints flexible and mobile is the key to a long and active lifestyle. My programs all incorporate warmups, movements, and cool down routings to increase your flexibility and range of motion.
IN DEPTH FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Life takes it toll on us. In this introductory meeting we will go over your lifestyle, habits, needs, and goals and do a complete fitness assessment of range of motion of joints and muscles. This is the first step in creating a customized fitness plan just for you.
This introductory plan gets you started, whether we meet in your home, the studio, or online. We begin iwht the in depth fitness assessment. Then you will receive a personalized plan that can be completed anywhere. The length of the exercise sessions will be determined by your starting fitness level. We always create plans that can be accomplished, we want you to succeed! You will meet with your trainer once a week to check on your progress and make any adjustments that may be needed.
6 WEEK PERSONALIZED BOOT CAMP
Whether your goal is weight loss, recovery from an injury or illness, or just to look and feel better this 6 week program will help you get on track. We begin with the total fitness assessment. Your personalized fitness plan will be created with your individual goals in mind. You will meet with your coach once a week to make any necessary adjustments. At the end of the 6 weeks we will do a post assessment so you can see how far you have progressed!
