Resistance Bands

I always have a set of therapy bands around. These flat strips can be used in stretching, toning, and rehabilitation of just about any muscle.
I use resistance bands in many of my exercise programs. Bands provide resistance for strength training and don't take up a lot of space. They are also great for stretching routines.
